Feeling empowered and secure with your money isn’t about how much you have

Our individual relationship with money is a result of so many influencing factors - culture, religion, race, gender, societal norms, our family and caregivers, and media, to name a few. When you shine a light on it and unpack what those different voices are saying, you start to see what’s true and what its time to let go of.

My signature 9-week money healing course takes you on a journey from exploring your past to realigning with your current desires. This unique class blends practical skills and knowledge building with guided reflection, meditations, and personal inquiry to guide you in transforming how you relate to money.

If your relationship with your money feels like anything less than joyful, this course is for you!

EXPLORE THE PAST

We start by exploring your past with questions such as: What were the money messages you were raised with? What ideas did you adopt, both consciously and unconsciously? How are those messages continuing to impact you today?

ground in the present

Where are you now with money? We take a look at your current financial reality, make changes as necessary to be aligned with your goals, and take a thoughtful approach to your spending, earning and investing.

During the course you and I meet one on one so that your individual questions are answered.

look to the future

I guide you in getting clear on your values and goals around money and setting up systems so that you and your money can flow in ease in a way that best supports you.

money talk… made enjoyable!

I am very aware that talking about money can be uncomfortable, boring, and painful. I bring movement, breath, corny jokes, and silly cat photos to make the course fun and, dare I say, even a playful space that incorporates breaks to take care of our minds and bodies. This nurturing atmosphere fosters transformation of your money thoughts from fear based into supportive and positive ideas

There is power in joining others to talk about topics we typically keep hidden… and money is no exception! Addressing money is transformational on its own and is enhanced by the power of the group.

“Thanks to this course, I’m realizing that financial planning is a direct reflection of my values. Leslie does not present a cookie cutter system, instead she helped me explore what type of system works best for me and my life.” - Sarah J, CMT

When it comes to discussing a topic as personal and potentially triggering as money – it really takes a skilled and empathetic facilitator to help everyone open up and fully engage. Leslie embodies this role with remarkable warmth, grace, and a deep understanding of the path toward financial wellness. Her use of humor perfectly eased any tension and fostered a light-hearted atmosphere even when we were in the midst of a deep dive.” - Brandi D

“I had no idea I could enjoy talking about money. You're an alchemist!

Talking about personal finances has always been a source of discomfort for me. However, from the moment the class began, it was clear that I wasn't alone in feeling that way. As the class progressed, I realized that not only had we all bonded, but I also started viewing my financial health from a more empowered place.” - Class participant

The 9-week course includes:

  • 5 teaching sessions of 60-90 minutes. All classes are recorded and available offline

  • 3 working sessions (Gathering as a group for dedicated time to individually work on organizing our money, reviewing spending, etc. is very helpful in making progress. During working sessions, I keep the teaching time to 10 minutes and the remainder of the time is allocated for us to work independently. I am available for questions during this time)

  • 1 private session with me. I am available for additional private sessions if you desire more one-to-one guidance.

  • In service of creating transformation, the homework assignments are thoughtfully designed to provide a balance of introspection, examination, and practical action steps.

Considering almost every decision we make in life is tied to money, creating your dream money relationship is worth it.  Think forward to a year from now. What does your financial reality look like?  What does it look like if you took this class? How much more grounded are you? How might you integrate your values into how you use money or plan for the future?
